Using the Cronus Zen on PS5 via Remote Play allows for full functionality, including native PS5 game support, by streaming the console to a PC while the Zen acts as the controller interface. This method requires a Windows 10/11 PC connected to the same network as the PS5, with the Zen Studio software configured to enable the PS Remote Play feature.
To set this up, you must first configure your PS5 by enabling Remote Play in System Settings, allowing the console to start via the internet in Rest Mode, and setting the controller communication method to USB only to prevent Bluetooth conflicts. On the PC, download the PlayStation Remote Play application, connect the Cronus Zen to the PC via USB, and launch Zen Studio to enable the Remote Play toggle.
Once configured, connect your Quadstic to the Cronus Zen's A1 port and launch Remote Play on your PC to connect to the PS5. The Cronus Zen will authenticate as an official controller, allowing you to play games on your TV via the console while the input passes through the device.
